Frequently asked
questions
Can you handle permits for commercial work?
Yes. We handle the permit process for commercial projects as part of the build, working alongside the designer or architect of record. The specifics vary by project and authority, but you do not need to manage the permits yourself.
Do you work for property owners or tenants?
Both. We work with property owners on their own buildings and with tenants who are improving or fitting out leased space. In either case, we make sure the right approvals are in place before we start.
How does commercial construction differ from residential?
Commercial work usually involves different code requirements, more complex permitting, and tighter coordination around business operations. The trades and the sequencing change too. Our approach to communication and site management stays the same.
Can you coordinate subtrades for a commercial project?
Yes. We have built up a list of trusted local subtrades over decades and can coordinate the full project, with one clear point of contact for the owner or tenant.
